At Beautique Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small, independently owned business, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations directly impact my ability to serve other clients. Thank you for respecting my time and business by reviewing and following this policy. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment if there is insufficient time to perform the service safely and effectively. If the appointment must be canceled due to a late arrival, the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Payment Authorization By booking an appointment and agreeing to this policy, you authorize Beautique Aesthetics to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to your payment method on file, provided the required payment authorization has been obtained and the charge is permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules. Emergencies & Exceptions I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Exceptions may be considered at my discretion on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions are not guaranteed. Policy Acknowledgment This policy is available on the Beautique Aesthetics website and may also be published on social media and booking platforms. Clients are responsible for reviewing the policy and acknowledging their agreement during booking when prompted. By booking an appointment and accepting this policy, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms outlined above.
